This is a rare raid boss that spawns in Hellfire Peninsula at Throne of Kil’jaeden. The boss drops two epics and this one has a 20% chance of dropping. It is reported that the boss is on a two-day timer. You might see this on the AH as well. This is quite a dramatic looking staff.
