This is a simple but elegant looking sword that is obtainable from Blacksmiths. You may have trouble finding someone with the Plans:Blackguard pattern, as it requires Exalted with Thorium Brotherhood. Fortunately, the rep grinding for this faction has been reduced in Cataclysm. You don’t normally see this weapon on AH.
