Head out to Outlands for rare elite hunting to get this one. It drops off Collidus the Warp-Watcher with a random enchantment, and is one of four he can drop (one each for plate, mail, leather & cloth, each with a different color). It shouldn’t take you long to get this one, and you can try camping his spawn spots if you want to sell a few of these for 4.3. You can also try AH if you are unlucky at finding him or are on a higher pop server.
